After having a little pregnancy scare this week (both are healthy), I realized I need to take things slower on my body! So this week I put on some Christmas music in the background and did a nice and slow stretching focused yoga flow! Going off of whatever felt right in my body! Plus we finished with some perineal stretching to help get my pelvic floor ready for birth
